Writing Covered Quotes

Depositing Skins

How deposits prepare skins for covered quote workflows.

Start here

Depositing a skin can make it eligible for custody-backed workflows, such as writing covered calls. Covered put writer beta flows use different controls: the writer must own or control the registered skin receipt and post USDC collateral under the quote terms.

  • Deposits help CSfi verify eligibility.
2

Before depositing

  • Confirm the skin is supported.
  • Review withdrawal restrictions.
  • Review fees and settlement obligations.
